This is how I clean my pantry and fridge.
Chicken thighs – diced into small bite size cubes
Salt & pepper to taste
A healthy sprinkle of Oregano
A dash or two of Nutmeg
A sprinkle of dried Parsley
Garlic x 3 cloves -finely chopped
Eyeball a tablespoon of Olive oil
A couple shakes of dried Basil
A couple shot of white wine
A shot of lime juice
A shot of milk
A healthy sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
And however many cooked shell pasta you want to eat.
