So to follow up with the last video post on how to poach eggs, I obviously tested the method. Now the picture here is actually my 2nd try. The first time around, I did it in my big, deep, skillets… And only for 5 mintues like it said in the video…. Didn’t quite work out – the eggs were all over the place!

2nd time around, and after a few of my tweepas pointing out that I need to use a shallow pan, I went with my frying pan and gave it 6 or so minutes… And the above is my result… Not toooo shabby. I’ll chalk it up as successful.
